TTS was founded in 2014 by a retired US. Army Commissioned Officer with a vision to deploy advanced technologies and visionary solutions to address clients’ challenges. Our mission is to integrate the best practices and implement proven solutions that consistently beat deadlines, come in below cost expectations, and exceed mission requirements.
He has been highly decorated for his military and civilian career accomplishments and received three joint awards from the President’s Council on Integrity and Efficiency / Executive Council on Integrity and Efficiency (PCIE/ECIE) and the National Science Foundation for exemplary leadership in providing consultation and advice to the OIG community-at-large.
